Edwin Lora is a rock star! He works very hard and is honest and firm in his moral principles. He is a pleasure to work with and I recommend him highly whether you are selling an investment or your personal home. As an out-of-state investor, the selling agent is the crucial factor in the success of the property selling for the most profit. Why? Since I was not on site for any of the property repairs and improvements, the agent had to step into my role as the owner. While interviewing different agents, Edwin Lora distinguished himself by going to work immediately as if he already had the listing. Right away, he visited the house to determine its condition after the renters moved out and provided photos as well as his recommendations for what must be done to get the best possible selling price. Edwin began obtaining quotes from contractors. Edwin Lora went over and above what are customary duties for a realtor. Edwin had contractors sign a release form when necessary. He was my ?eyes? when a contractor finished his work and sent me pictures so I could confidently pay himher. His integrity and honesty were instrumental as he shared details with me that did not show well on the photos ? even if it meant more work for him. In addition, when I fired the stager, Edwin was my ?voice? and dealt with an awkward situation with grace. Not only did Edwin coordinate the contractors and unlock the home, but he was also usually present the whole time (or returned before they finished) and secured the home. There was no lost time and the renovations were finished in record time! Knowing that the house was in a flood plain, Edwin Lora anticipated the need for flood insurance and began obtaining quotes to present to potential buyers. He also proactively contacted mortgage providers to present buyers with typical ownership costs so there would be no surprises. To maximize turnout and create a sense of urgency, Edwin Lora strategically held off private showings until after the first Open House to the public. Edwin hired a second photographer within the first week to give the best impression to potential buyers. He held a second Open House the next Sunday. All in all, there were several offers all over asking and I was very pleased with the results; and I was also pleased with the number of visitors per open house! El sr Edwin Lora fue mi realtor , hoy es un amigo , es muy comun oir decir que todo se hace por dinero , o por un interes , que ya no hay buenos sentimientos , pero aunque parezca mentira aun existen seres humanos ,cristianos , que tienen concepto de Honestidad , de bondad y que por encima de las cosas materiales ponen lo espiritual , actuando siempre de buena fe , les contare porque el sr Edwin es de este tipo de persona : ...yo me ilusione con una vivienda que el facilmente me podia haber vendido , pero el conocia que yo tenia dos hijas menores que asistirian a la escueda en esa area , y se tomo el trabajo de ver a una amiga que podia darle una referencia verdadera del asunto , cuando nos vimos el me dijo , olvidate de esa casa , yo no puedo permitir que le pase algo a tus hijas por venderte una casa , hay que seguir buscando. Me dije wuao este mas que realtor es un gran samaritano. Finalmente adquiri mi casa en el sitio ideal y al precio perfecto, muy satisfecho con mi compra . Gracias Edwin . LO RECOMIENDO 100%.
