Unequivocally, Ed Kalinka has been the most exceptional. He is super responsive and extremely engaged in the sale process; but not pushy. He worked as a dual agent for the home I bought. He was incredibly helpful leading up to the sale and closing. Moreover, it is now 2 months AFTER the closing and he has taken the lead to resolve a couple of issues that came up. We were extremely lucky that we chose to go with Beverly and Ed Kalinka. To me, my needs were simple. I was looking for a realtor who cared about their clients and their well-being and werent going to sell me the money pit just so they could get paid. Thankfully, I was referred to the Kalinkas. I met with Bev and from the first meeting I knew she was exactly what I was looking for. We communicated often via text, phone and email which was very convenient for me. They offer a great service where new listings in your area & price range are automatically emailed to you once a day, I was able to take a look at these and quickly let them know what I was actually interested in looking at. That service may not be your cup of tea but I'm a bit of a control freak so I really liked that aspect aEUR" its not required, you can also do it the old fashioned way. Every step of the way, they were there to help including a few of my breakdowns when I was so overwhelmed. Ed even helped me combine my car insurance with my homeowners where both ended up costing less than what I was paying in just auto! I am happy to say that we closed on our house last Friday. They have my highest recommendation.
