He is friendly, and really knows how the market is, right now. No massive painting, or updates needed to the house I have lived in for over 18 years. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I moved from California to Colorado in Feb 2020. We started looking for our house shortly after moving and we got paired with Edwin through Zillow.Edwin was super responsive from the get go and we were able to visit our first house the next day from our initial call. We explained to Edwin our timeline, which was still 6-8 months down the road, and he used this entire time to educate us on the market (best areas, school districts, market value appreciation...). Edwin has been extremely patient with us and answered the multitude of questions we had (probably over 100 questions and details). He never made us feel we were bothering him and at the opposite always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. We finally ended up finding a house we really liked and started working on it. Edwin was here literally every step of the way from the initial visit of the house to the house inspection and then to the closing with the title company. His advice and experience enabled us to close our house at a better cost than the appraisal which of course pleased our lender and ourselves. We also managed to have our seller accommodate quite a few fixes before taking possession of the keys! As a first time home buyer, the process can be overwhelming and having a professional like Edwin on your side makes it much easier. I can not recommend enough Edwin's services whether it is your first home or simply a new purchase.

He helped us place an offer that was competitive, and then communicated with the seller's agent to adjust the offer and get it accepted. He answered all of our questions, helped us understand the process and was our ally, therapist and confidant during the process. He worked with our lender, helped us find a good inspector and made sure we got across the finish line. Edwin was always taking care of our questions and would respond extremely fast, even after we closed we had questions and he was more than willing to help us. He gets to know his clients and what they are interested in, and remains neutral when showing you places (just gives you the information). Even when we tried to fish, like what do you think, he always made it about us, and in the end, I think that helped us a lot. Highly recommend Edwin.

He was never pushy, and he was very honest and upfront about properties we looked at. He would tell me issues he observed with properties and if he thought something was over priced. He was very responsive at all hours and all days of the week. He was not just there to make a commission, he was there to make sure I found a great home, got a great deal, and understood what was happening throughout the process. He also has a great team working with him, so the lending and insurance aspects also went very smoothly. I would highly recommend working with Edwin!
