I cant say enough great things about Aga! She went above and beyond throughout the entire process of helping me purchase my condo. From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive, patient, and attentive to every detail. Aga took the time to answer every single question I had, no matter how small, and always made sure I understood everything before moving forward. She was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable and confident with every decision. Buying a condo can be stressful, but having Aga by my side made the entire experience so much easier. She truly went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor, and I always felt like I had someone in my corner. Aga is, without a doubt, the best realtor I have ever worked with. I'm incredibly grateful for all of her help and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

You won't find a better realtor than Aga. She's incredibly responsive, hardworking, and knows the Jersey City and Hoboken area inside and out. Aga goes above and beyond to close the deal and help you find the home of your dreams. What really sets her apart is how much time she takes to understand what her clients actually need, then guides them toward the right property based on that. Aga genuinely cares, and it shows in everything she does. She was a joy to work with, and we'll absolutely be using her for any future real estate transactions. If you're looking for a realtor, work with Aga. You won't regret it.

I had a great experience working with Steve and we found an amazing condo! Steve was recommended to me and I am very glad I ended up working with him all the way until the end. He is very knowledgeable in the local market, super patient, very detailed, and is always there to help to his best abilities. We were looking for a long time, but we finally found a place and I could not be more thankful for his expertise. He guided me along the way and answered my endless questions (as a first time home buyer). He walked so many condos with me, got on so many calls with me, and was always there supporting me by my side. Thank you, Steve! No doubt, I would work with him again and would recommend him to anyone looking into purchasing.

Victoria was amazing. She helped our family buy our home out in Wanaque. With how crazy this market is, it was nothing short of a miracle. She helped guide us through the process and be prepare to make a winning bid and win the bid. She was extremely knowledgable and simplified everything about the complicated closing process. She listened to our wants and concerns for our new home. Thank you so much Victoria.

Working with Dominic Rosato was an absolute game-changer. From day one, Dominic brought sharp market knowledge, incredible responsiveness, and elite negotiation skills to the table. When unexpected hurdles came up regarding the building review and timeline constraints, he didn't blink. He navigated the entire process from a position of absolute strength, seamlessly coordinating with my attorney and lender to keep everything on track. Thanks to his tactical guidance, we successfully negotiated $5,000 off the original purchase price while keeping my credits fully intact. Dominic is an exceptional professional who knows exactly how to protect his clients' interests and deliver a massive win. If you want a sharp, dedicated agent who gets results, look no further than Dominic!

I met Dominic back in November when I was looking for a new apartment. There were two properties he managed that I had my eye on. After viewing the apartments, we kept in touch for a few weeks until I had a definitive date on when I could move. Once, I was ready to move, I needed a fast turnaround where I literally looked at the apartments and needed to move in right away due to a medical requirement. Dominic had it set so I could move in that week and really went out of his way to make sure everything was finalized quickly for my move. Since then, I've been enjoying my apartment in sunny views of the Manhattan skyline. I can't thank him enough.

We worked with Ed Verdel to sell our Jersey City Home this winter. It was an incredibly easy process and I felt so well informed and well taken care of throughout. Not only did Ed present us with a very informed breakdown of the comps and listing recommendation, he was incredibly thoughtful and respectful during the walk through to make sure we were ready to list, as he knew that our decision to do so was one that was very emotionally heavy and we loved our home so much. Once our listing was ready, Ed was able to share it as a 'Private Exclusive' within Compass, and right before our listing went live, we got an offer that Ed skillfully helped us negotiate and we were able to sell our place without even going to market. Even after we were under contract, he kept us in the loop and answered questions for us to make sure that everything continued on smoothly. We closed in what felt like record time and with so much ease. Ed is a true expert at what he does, he is knowledgeable and professional and I really can't say enough good things about working with him. We have worked with several Realtors in Hudson County to buy and sell our homes and Ed is the one I would go back to time and again. Highly recommend!

After moving from Florida to the NJ area my family and I needed to find a home that fit our family. When I say Victoria Verdel went over and beyond to ensure this happened, she really did. Not only did we get a house that fit our lifestyles but a friend in her as well. I will forever be thankful for her endless work and the late night messages back and forth. Thank you, V! -The Johnsons

Well deserved 5 stars. He helped with every step throughout the process. Even when we changed our plan on where and what type of property we want to buy, he was very cooperative and extended his expertise. His quick response, knowledge and patience are impressive. His traits are especially suitable for the market that is fluctuating.
