We met Corinne when she was just getting started as an agent in Seattle, and we were just looking to move up here. Our working relationship with her lasted over year before we moved up here and were able to purchase a house with her. We met with a number of agents, during our search, and we took our time (about 1 year looking up in seattle to see where we wanted to live). The first thing I noticed was that Corinne listened to us, and she was literally the ONLY agent that we met with that listened to us. We never got any recommendations (of houses to see) that were 200-400K over our budget, she was always super responsive. Once we moved up here, Corinne was even better than before. I'm not quite sure how many houses we saw with her (we're thinking over 30), but it was a bunch. Once we found our current house Corinne, was extremely helpful with our offer. Coming from the bay, we were prepared to offer way over asking to make sure we got the house, but Corinne thankfully talked us out of that nonsense. She was able to make the offer and closing process super easy for us. She provided us contacts for our loan and home owners insurance (the rate we got was really low for both), and she knew exactly who to call for our inspection: we used a contractor friend of hers who is a licensed and bonded General Contractor, as well as a licensed home inspector (this was done so he could let us know what anything that needed to be repaired would cost to fix). Our closing took a little longer than normal (the buyer didn't want the sale to record in 2019, so we closed Jan 3rd 2020), but we had all of our buyers requirements completed more than a month in advance. I highly recommend everyone to use Corinne, and I look forward to using her as an agent again in the future.
