ZillowVERIFIED Edward Rogers, owner of Honest Real Estate, was our reator for the sale of our home in Port Richmond and the purchase of our forever home in Churchville, PA. Selling and buying is no walk in the park, especially in a Covid market during an election year where demand was high and supply was low, but my wife and I were glad to have had Ed in our corner. There are three important qualities that I want in my realtor and Ed posseses them - flexibility, reliability / responsiveness and the willingness to put the clients best interests first. All in all, the process took about a year and Ed was there every step of the way. It started with playing around on Zillow while bored, unsure where we wanted to settle our family. At our request, Ed would drop what he was doing to get us in any home immediately. If he wasnt available due to a conflict, he would appoint one of his friendly agents to meet us. In the real estate business, I learned that timing is everything. In a hot market, you cant have a aEURoe9 to 5aEUR? or part-time realtor or you will lose out on that perfect opportunity. The areas where we were looking in Bucks County were extremely competitive and homes were flying off the market in a day or two, over asking price and without inspection.Ed was also very responsive to any questions or and made it a point to get an answer right away. Ed would respond to my nagging texts at 11 PM at night. If the text was too late, I would wake up to a response that was sent at 5:30 AM. His communication and status updates were exactly what they should be in the industry. We were never left out of the loop and got the other agents response basically in real-time.Throughout the process, there were many bumps along the way. From seeing over 25 houses, dealing with difficult sellers and putting in about 10 offers, but one constant remained, Eds positivity. When times got tough or we hit a lull, Ed reassured us that we would find that dream home. There were even times where we would trick ourselves into thinking we liked the home out of desperation and Ed would give his honest opinion, showing that he held our best interests. He wasnt in it to just make a settlement and get paid as soon as possible. At the end of the day, my family and I were able to sell our home in the city and land our forever home in a suburb with a great school district. We found the exact style home in the location that we most desired. When the house was on the market, my wife and I actually had Covid and Ed offered to walk the house on FaceTime. He was also persistent to keep in contact with the sellers agent knowing how much we loved the house. Landing the perfect homw would not have been possible without the dedication of our agent Edward Rogers who worked tirelessly for a full calendar year. Ed is the owner of the company with a full fleet of agents, but dont think he will aEURoebig-timeaEUR? you. The guy is the best in the real estate game. ZillowVERIFIED We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Ed Rogers. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Fast forward a year later and we finally decided we were ready. Ed was there to answer all of our questions even at 3am ??(inside joke please dont call this man at 3am he needs sleep too) and if he couldnt make it to a showing due to a conflict he made sure another member of his team could so we could get there in this crazy market. (Amanda and Kelsey were also great). We were able to find our new house and sell our old one at a great price. We are extremely happy and will continue to refer our friends and family to Honest Real Estate!

From the very start, I was honest with him, "I'm not the type to save money, I like to enjoy life"...he told me I didn't need very much to purchase a home, especially being a 1st time home owner. Well he kept his word!! You wouldn't believe me if I told you how much I ended up putting out of pocket... because I still can't believe it myself!!He encouraged me, on many occasions, to "hang in there just alittle bit longer, it's going to happen" when I wanted to throw in the towel and just continue to rent!!He always answered all of my questions,I always had a lot to ask, he honestly taught me so much about the process... I never felt left out because he made sure that we understood every step...Our offer was accepted on August 25th & we made settlement 45 days later without any issues or surprises!!!I still can not believe it's over already...Actually, it's really just the beginning!!!Thanks to Ed !!!**P.S....
