Edward was able to work on our time, wants, needs, and hopes for what we wanted in our future home. Coming into the progress, I had no knowledge about what I need to look for in a house. Let alone the cost and the parts of a house. He was very knowledgeable about every house (in any town) that he showed us. He is open to finding a day and time that best fits his clients. They are very professional, prompt, courteous, and go out of their way to ensure that everything gets taken care of. Examples: (1) Ed blocked out his calendar to provide two days of showings when I flew into town to search for a house, (2) when our offer was accepted I received an email from Ed at 2am, (3) Ed and the team helped complete our transaction in about 3 weeks, while i completed closing on the west coast. Ed gave us a thorough market analysis to help set the price of our home. I thought it might be a little high and over market, but if Ed thought thats the price we could get, who am I to complain? The listing looked tremendous, and Ed used his social media presence to attract interest in our home. After a couple of weeks, we had plenty of interest but no offers. We asked Ed for his advice. Should we stay the course? Should we drop the price? Ed gave us all of the options, the pros, and the cons, as well as a recommendation. He suggested being patient, but you can tell he was empowering us to make the decision instead of just pushing us to accept his advice. He would have genuinely done whatever we asked him to do. We decided to stick with his recommendation, and boy are we glad we did - we got full asking price for our home! We cannot recommend Ed enough for his service and professionalism. Ed showed the great value of hiring an agent and would use him again in a heartbeat.

It was absolutely wonderful working with him on our home purchase. It was my first time buying, so I really had no idea what I was getting into. I fully expected my dealings with Ed to be more laid back and casual, but they werent. Even though we are friends, it really was all business and professional throughout the process. So that, it was almost impossible to get good deal.I checked online, through friends, Zillow, trulia...etcI started talking to agents but I didn't get satisfied. Some agent, don't have time, some r so busy... some attitude, some r actin.. some wants to see my bank approval before anything.. some don't replay... some wants me to sign contractI almost gave up on... I was zellow and I found Edward's information...I called him... didn't ansBut within 10 min I get call back...Edward, very friendly.. very kind... very helpful.. he put his all effort to understand my accents and I explained my situation that I don't know how does this works, I m from india, don't know about bank or agent or what to see in the home.. Edward always answer my call and text message late night and early morning around 4 Am.. since I sleep at day timeEdward helped me to put the price on property, helped me to find out any damage or repair needs on property.. I could go and see property around 4:45 pm to 5:10 pm or in morning 7 am to 8 am in between.. he Helped me beyond his job I gave him such a hard time till to the end but he understood my situation and he helped me ..
