ZillowVERIFIED We hired Ed Lukasik, Jr. initially as our agent for selling our home. After a couple of meetings with him, we decided to get him as our agent in buying a new home as well. As a Sellers agent: Ed is very knowledgeable and has an excellent grasp of the real estate market environment in our area. He has exceptional marketing strategy using the latest technology: from professional photographers that used drones to come up with impressive pictures inside and outside the home, using social media for marketing, etc. He was a very good resource for contractors and workmen for repairs that had to be done to get the house in tiptop shape. He was very accessible: we were in constant communication with him (email, text, phone calls) and responded to texts/emails promptly. Being first time home sellers, Ed patiently explained the whole process even going practically line-by-line through the contracts to make us comfortable. We encountered some bumps on the road when a buyer failed to get financing days before closing but Ed was able to come up with a solution and closed on the home sale a month later with a different buyer. As a Buyers agent: Ed sent us listings on a daily basis of homes that fit our criteria. He efficiently booked showings of several homes at a time. With his extensive background, Ed gave us valuable advise on the condition of the homes we looked at. We never felt pressured to make hasty decisions. Overall, we were extremely happy with the services that Ed and his team provided that we will not hesitate to seek his services again or refer him to family and friends.
