ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Edward Henderson through a friend. When I was ready to put my condo on the market, I gave Edward a call. He explained the process to me and shortly there after my condo was on the market. I was sure I would have to rent because I was very particular on where and what home I wanted to live in. My broker was optimistic which kept me feeling positive. My condo was under contract within a week and a half. That?s when the stress set in because I wasn?t sure we would fine a home that I liked. Within two weeks I found a home that I loved in the area that I wanted to live in. Edward was accessible anytime of day or night and quick to respond to any questions that I may have had. He continually called to see how I was doing and how I was handling the pressure of moving and working long hours. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I know there were times when I wanted to give up. But he would reassure me and tell me that it?s part of the process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants someone who is professional, reliable and efficient.

ZillowVERIFIED Edward came out to my home not as a realtor but as a contractor. For $600 he agreed to create an outlet behind our tv above the fireplace, mount a tv and paint a kitchen/family room. He even agreed to add a couple of strips of molding to our center island. He said this would be a two day job and we agreed. In the beginning he was very nice and professional. As he went on he explained that he is a realtor and does contract work but not a licensed contractor. All of a sudden after working in our house for several hours he abruptly needed to leave he said his back was hurting. He left patches that needed to be painted over and said my husband could do it, he said that he didn?t agree to mount the tv although I have messages to prove it, there is tons of patch work that needed to be done and to top it off, the level that he put the mount doesn?t even fit the size of the tv. So now we have to remount the mount, sand the patches, paint the leftover spots and remove all of the tape. He stated that he would not come back a 2nd day unless it was worth his while although he originally confirmed that he would. If you are reading this, I ask you to proceed with caution for Edward Henderson. He will also stop responding to your messages as well. I think the pictures that he has posted online is contractors that he has worked with and not he himself. I welcome anyone to contact me for pictures or questions before you spend your money. Sincerely a disappointed client.
