Any questions asked were always answered in a timely manner. We had listed the property with other agents but Mr. Fusco put 110% into selling our listing. ZillowVERIFIEDI was working with Edward to find a home in Savannah. After looking around, I found the townhome community I wanted to live in but the only home on the market was under contract. He took me to see it while I was in town so I could get an idea of what they were like inside. A week after leaving Savannah, Edward called me and told me that the house had just come back on the market because the contract fell through and asked if I wanted to make an offer. He got the paperwork to me immediately and we went under contract. I was nervous because I had not even listed my home yet but he did some research and found me a great agent in my home town. We were under contract in less than a month. Edward checked on everything regularly and helped me move through the purchase, even though I was out of town. When I got to closing, I found out that there were many back up offers on the townhouse and that we might not have gotten it if he hadnt been watching for me and moved so quickly to get me the offer. He was extremely helpful and I love my new house!
