ZillowVERIFIEDEddie is energetic, goes above and beyond for his sellers and tries very hard to balance family and work. Be prepared to proofread all documents very closely as with any legal document. He helped us with moving heavy things out of the house, repaired some molding at the last minute and took care of a water problem that was caused by the buyers. He definitely makes a very stressful time much more tolerable with his upbeat personality.
