ZillowVERIFIED Responsive and professional, Team Edge, especially Edric Williams and Rose Bell (my agent) did everything in their power to take care of me and my family during our homebuying. It was our first home, so they walked us through the entire process. Even though there were hiccups with the VA loan appraiser (military family) which was out of Team Edge control, they took it upon themselves to get involved and get it all taken care of. Because of them, we now have a beautiful home that closed in only 3 weeks. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends and it was truly a great experience. You can rest assured they will take care of you. They did for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Smooth with all the Ts crossed and Is dotted. When i lived in Hope Mills NC Edric sold my house. I moved back to Vegas on orders and was there for 3 years. Then we came up on orders again to move back to NC and Edric was the only person i called to find us a new home. When it comes time to sell again Edric IS the person I will go to.
