At the Durm Homes Team, we deeply value community service, which is why we prioritize partnering with Honey Rock Ministries and their many community services. One of the initiatives we hold dear is our involvement with Promise Closet. This program not only benefits our wonderful local High School but also extends its impact to the broader community by providing prom dresses, helping to fulfill dreams every prom season. We are honored to be a part of this meaningful endeavor.

HOBBIES/INTEREST

I have a deep passion for real estate, which is what I find most fulfilling besides spending quality time with my family and playing Mahjong. FAMILY

I consider myself fortunate to be a mother of two adult children, and it brings me immense joy to witness their journey in this world. My marriage to Ken has been a source of happiness for many years; now retired, he graciously assists me by driving me to appointments. I'm certain you'll have the pleasure of meeting him at some point. Additionally, I take pride in being a mom to my two furry kids, Comet and Luna.

I have loved working with Edith. Earlier this year I had mentioned that my husband and I would be looking for a new home in a few years (before my kids went to HS) and we would keep her in mind. Little did I know she was keeping us in mind when one of her contacts told her about a family looking for a house just like ours. She sold our house for us at a great price and we never had to stage or hold endless open houses. She not only knows what she?s doing- she knows the right people to help her get it down. We are currently building a new home and with her help we are avoiding some pitfalls we ran into our first time building a few years ago. If I could clone her, I would. She?s a gem.

Edith is an amazing realtor. She went out of her way to make our home transition as smooth as possible. Her obvious expertise and eye for detail came in handy throughout the process. When we fell in love with an older home she had multiple inspectors clear the home for us. She was not trying to just sell to us, but in fact we felt like she was in our corner. We are sure that when Edith goes home every day after work she has to be proud of a job well done.

We were so lucky to stumble upon Edith for our realtor! We met her at an open house, and although we didnt care for the open house itself, we mentioned what type of layout we did like. She got in touch with us later to follow up and she remembered what we had liked--in fact, throughout the entire process, her attention to detail and her memory for things that we considered important was very impressive. She has a terrific sense of humor, shes punctual and prompt, and goes out of her way to make sure questions and concerns get addressed. Each offer we made kept failing to work out for various reasons, and Edith spent an entire day with us knocking out a ton of houses (most all of which were new listings I wouldnt have had access to myself) until we finally found a problem-free house that was even under what we had been thinking about spending. If youre worried about your realtor being too aggressive/pushy or one who tries to make you spend at your upper limit, you have nothing to fear here. Edith is exactly the right type of assertive--shes out to do her job well and follow up, but she was never once pushy. And she never once sent me houses out of our price comfort zone. We were lucky to find her and we cannot recommend her enough! She clearly loves her job and from what I can tell, almost never takes a day off or sleeps! ;)
