Edith Campbell

Edith Campbell is a licensed real estate salesperson with Corcoran Sawyer Smith. She helps two kinds of clients: New Yorkers moving to Hudson County and longtime homeowners ready to downsize.

Edith is a Brooklyn native who made the move to New Jersey herself. She knows the questions New York buyers have about neighborhoods, commutes, taxes, and cost of living. She serves Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, Union City, Weehawken and North Bergen, plus parts of Bergen, Essex and Union counties.

Before real estate, Edith spent 10 years in education. She also owns Notable Moments Notary and has handled more than 800 real estate closings as a notary signing agent. She knows what happens at the closing table and what slows deals down, so she spots problems early and keeps transactions moving.
