ZillowVERIFIED Edie Israel and her team were awesome when it came to selling my dads house in Cowan Hills, Orange, CA. After my dad passed, I thought I could just stay in the house for the six months allowed by the reverse mortgage. But Edie saw an opportunity to actually make some money by selling it. She took care of everythingaEUR"set up an estate sale (which made us some cash!), got the house emptied out, cleaned, painted, and even staged it with furniture. The place looked amazing. Edie guided us through every step, making sure we did things right (even handled the solar panel issues, which were a headache). At the very first open house, we got two offersaEUR"both above our asking price! It was a tough process, but we couldnt have done it without Edie and her team. Big thanks to Edie, Jim Allen, and everyone else who helped out!

ZillowVERIFIED Edie and her team just helped us sell our 3 home in Yorba Linda. As always, she is amazing! She has great resources for improvements and repairs including staging and packing/organization. If you need something unique done, she can find a reasonable and competent vendor to do it for you. Even in a crazy market, she got us multiple offers and top price. She is really good at closing the deal. I cant say enough. If you are buying or selling in Orange or Los Angeles Counties, you need to hire her. You wont regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED We were relocating to the LA area from Northern California because of a new job. Edie Israel was recommended to me by one of my new coworkers. Edie and her team were awesome - they found just the right home in a great neighborhood at an affordable price. She was masterful in negotiations as well as helping us maneuver through some bumps in the process (that one expects in trying to sell an existing property and purchase a new property). Thoughout all our dealings with her, she always had a big smile and great attitude. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Moving is never easy. A long-distance move out of state can border on traumatic. There were a million details demanding our attention in our move from California to Tennessee. The one thing we didnt have to worry about was selling our house. It was by far the easiest part of our move. Edie, John, and Jim often took care of things before we even knew they needed to be done. And when one of those inevitable relocation surprises popped up, they were quick to help us find the right resource to set things right. Every realtor says they go above and beyond. Edie, John, and Jim actually deliver, quietly and consistently. Its hard to imagine why anyone would ever use another realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We are delighted to have selected the Edie Israel Team to guide us and our home of 23 years through the marketing and sales process and into the hands of just the right buyers.Edie, John and Jim and their network of office support, stagers, painters, carpeters and repair professionals were responsive, thorough, detailed and kind as they guided us through a process we hadn't experienced in decades -- home selling. Our questions and concerns were always addressed promptly, making the process smooth and comfortable. Our home was appropriately priced, nicely updated and refreshed, and spot-on ready when going to market. It sold quickly to a family that will continue to care for our home as we would, and even better. Edie, John and Jim are honest to the core, genuine and trustworthy in every way. We found them to be exceptionally well versed on the attributes of our home and our neighborhood which contributed to a very successful sales process. If we could give more than 5 stars we certainly would.BONUS: Edie went above and beyond again when she referred us to just the right Realtor to help us find our new home in Alabama.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot express how grateful I am to have contracted with The Edie Israel Team in the selling of my property. Selling/buying a home is such a stressful process but Jim Allen made the process enjoyable and very easy to manage. There are a multitude of wonderful attributes the team offers but the one thing that I will never forget is the feeling that they were right beside me 100% of the time. I am a single woman and during momentous decisions in my life the lack of a sound board becomes apparent, however, that was not the case with The Edie Israel Team, they provide unapparelled guidance, advice, and support. That kind of presence is priceless.

ZillowVERIFIED I could not have imagined the sale of a home would be so smooth and stress free, and it was the guidance and skill of Jim Allen and the entire Edie Israel team that made it possible. Jim Allen is hands down the finest Real Estate Agent in Southern California. And the entire Edie Israel team is equally as amazing and able to skillfully handle every aspect of any real estate transaction. Words can not say enough about the capable hands of Jim Allen. He is incredibly experienced and thoroughly understands the entire sale process. Without any trepidation Jim was able to skillfully navigate through any challenge that arose along the way throughout the entire sale process from the initial listing, to the negotiations with prospective buyers, as well as through the entire escrow process and closing. Yet, beyond his skills as a realtor, Jim was also a truly kind individual, caring and thoughtful. His work ethic is unparalleled. He was always available to ease our stress, answer our questions, and guide us through the many decisions throughout the sale process. As well, he is witty and a truly effective communicator. He operates with an incredibly high degree of integrity, and that, together with all his other wonderful qualities, made him a pleasure to work with. But it was not just working with Jim that was so amazing. It was the entire Edie Israel experience that allowed for a smooth and efficient sale process. Home staging and photography was beautifully completed and showcased the entire property interior and exterior making it appear as if it was part of an HGTV show. The marketing process then quickly drew interest from such a large group of potential purchasers that the first weekend on the market was booked solid for viewing. Once in escrow, the affiliated escrow team was wonderful and simplified the process all the way through closing making the entire process from initial listing to final sale smooth and seamless. When we are next in need of a realtor and an entire real estate team, we will most certainly contact Jim Allen and the Edie Israel Team. Without any hesitation, we recommend them for anyones real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose the Edie Israel Team for the sale of our home, and are delighted that we did. Edie, John, and Jim impressed us with the excellence in their service and ability to work as a cohesive team of professionals. Their recommended list price was spot-on, they helped us present our home simply and beautifully, marketing was very well done, and appointments to show the house were comfortably scheduled for us and the prospective buyers. Within days of listing and showing the house, we received multiple solid, full-price offers, and a couple of offers above the asking price. Within weeks, the sale was made and the paperwork completed in a seamless manner. Edie and her team were so positive, they kept us updated with how matters were proceeding, and were delightful to work with, every step of the way. Edie went beyond the transaction to help us find a long-term storage facility for the majority of our household items, until our retirement home is built. She has continued to keep in contact with us and we always enjoy our conversations. Thanks to her dedication to her clients, Edie and her team are more than extremely competent real estate professionals; they truly go above and beyond the traditional level of service. We highly recommend the Edie Israel team for your real estate transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED With the Covid-19 pandemic in full swing we were concerned that selling our house would be a major challenge. The Israel Team devised a sales plan that not only addressed our concerns but also made it easy for buyers to get excited about our house. Everything was well planned down to the video tour of our home, the timing of the sale and the extremely professional follow up by the Israel Team. Their full service approach includes detailed market analysis along with professional photography and staging. The team's approach to pricing our home to sell, was candid and realistic. ZillowVERIFIED As first time sellers who needed to sell immediately for a job transfer we were very nervous about the process and if we would be able to sell for what we needed. I was hesitant about the pricing, timing, having someone stage my home and that her office wasnt in my city. I quickly realized that I was in great hands and am so glad I listened to their advice!!!!! Our house looked better than I thought possible and had solid offers the same day it hit the market. We signed a deal 3 days after listing for 30k over asking! It was definitely more than I thought we could get. We had an unexpected issue that the inspector found but Edie had a competent and reasonably priced tradesman at the ready and it was fixed the next day. The whole process went smoothly. Edie and her team kept me appraised of what was going on and were quick to respond when I had questions. I really couldnt ask for a better experience. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly and really took a lot of the stress out of the process. Give them a call, youll be glad you did!
