Team DeLay principal broker Edie DeLay has rare status as a eight-time Hasson Company Top 40 Producer. Since 2010, Edie has been recognized as one of the Hasson Company's top real estate professionals out of more than 175 brokers. Edie has earned the Top 40 Producer award for eight years in a row, most recently in 2018.

As a real estate professional since 2004, Edie DeLay has assisted with more than 350 transactions and is recognized as one of the region's most respected brokers. Lured by the spectacular beauty and quality of life in Central Oregon, Edie and her husband Mark moved to Tumalo in 1990 where they raised three children.

Edie strives to make buying and selling real estate "fun and exciting, not stressful and dramatic," and has a lifelong passion for the real estate industry. Edie's father was a tradesman and her husband a building contractor. Prior to becoming a broker, Edie worked with an interior designer and building contractors while she raised her family.

"From investment properties to fixer-uppers, from first-time home buyers to investors, I've seen it all," says Edie, who works hard to stay on top of current market trends. "From boom to bust, and now back to a healthy market, it has been quite an experience."
