By then, I had pretty much given up. After several calls from Edgar, I agreed to meet with him. I was immediately taken aback when I saw how young he is. My thought was how much experience can he possibly have? I was impressed by his vast knowledge and confidence in himself. I was hesitant to try again, especially since seasoned realtors had already told me it would be very hard to sell and buy concurrently. Edgar assured me he could do it. His confidence and enthusiasm convinced me to give him the chance to show me what he could do. In the short time working with Edgar, I learned that Edgar is confident, motivated, knowledgeable and resourceful. He remains calm under pressure and is always polite and professional.
