I bought my first condo from Edgar in 2021, and the process was seamless. When I called Edgar in the fall of 2024 to tell him that condo life wasn't for me and I wanted to sell my condo and buy a small house, he initially thought I was joking. But once he realized I was serious, he was ready for the challenge. Edgar had to sell my condo, use the equity for a down payment on the new home, and somehow ensure I wasn't left without a place to stay. Not only did Edgar sell my condo in a day, but he also found me my dream home within two weeks of that sale. One night at 8 pm, Edgar called me, excited that he had been searching for over two hours and found the perfect home for me. I was skeptical but trusted Edgar, and when he took me to see the house, I fell in love. He truly found me the perfect home! The challenge was closing on the condo and the new home on the same day. But Edgar said he'd make it happen, and he did! I was amazed and unbelievably happy on the day of the closing. Throughout the entire process of selling and buying, Edgar was available no matter the time of day. He guided me through both processes, explained things thoroughly, and was incredibly patient with me. Edgar went above and beyond his role, making the experience less stressful. His passion for what he does is evident, and he leaves no stone unturned. I can't thank him enough for everything he did for me. As I write this in my perfect new home, I am extremely thankful and blessed to have had Edgar as my realtor. He is the best realtor in NJ, and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
