He is totally fixated on the needs of his client and their expectations, and works hard to achieve them and does. He is on top of all things that need to be focused on and in my case, within a state sale it was even more critical to rely on his knowledge and expertise in getting a contract negotiated and executed and ensuring it got across the finish line. He has an excellent team behind him that is equally knowledgeable in their area of expertise. He knows the Middlesex County area so well as he has practiced there for 30 plus years and knows the situations of buyers and sellers. I could not recommend him more highly than I do here because of his professionalism, attention to detail, ability to bring resources like contractors and electricians and plumbers to assist on a selling property.
