Eden Jordan

Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

My advice is to find an agent with experience and education, I also recommend talking to at least 2 agents to see if it is a personality fit for you. You have to work with this agent for several months and it is an emotional process.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Make sure you have a full time agent, selling a home is much different then buying. Staging is probably the most important thing right now right below pricing correctly. Buyers have so much information from the internet. It is not advisable to overprice when the comparables are not there. Buyers will reject the house based on fears of overpaying.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I am primarily a sellers agent. My passion is working with seniors and their families. I also work Waterfront and Gated communities. After 22 years, I have done almost everything.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I was able to finally find one of my dear friends a house after 8 years of her talking about it. We were able to sell her house in 48 hours and mover her into her dream home.

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I started in 1998 with my mother in law when I had my first baby. I had been in sales so I was supposed to just help her do mailings. 6 months later I was full time in selling. It has been my life for 22 years and I will never forget that I had a great mentor to teach me how do navigate through this crazy business.

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

CRS ( only 5% of agents hold this designation. GRI " College for Realtors SRES Senior Real Estate Specialist. This is a designation to help seniors and their families transition or downsize.

My mother-in-law has been dealing with health issues, and we recently moved her from Green Cove Springs to Dallas. Eden Jordan and her team assisted us with the sale of her Green Cove Springs home, and they did a fantastic job. After researching local realtors, we were impressed by the many positive reviews for Eden and her team. They exceeded our expectations in every respect. Not only did they do a great job selling the house, but they also helped us deal with a significant amount of deferred maintenance. Handling repairs from Texas would have been incredibly difficult, but they helped coordinate with local contractors and monitor the progress, which helped us immensely. I cannot say enough good things about the Eden Jordan Team. They have my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and ethical realtor. They truly are the best!

An exceptional experience from beginning to endaEUR"professional, seamless, and personal. We had the best experience working with Eden and Sally. Not only are they both true professionals, but Eden is also someone I've known since childhoodaEUR"which made the entire process even more special. Selling a home can be stressful, but they made it seamless from start to finish. They brought expert knowledge of the market, gave honest and strategic guidance, and handled every detail with care and precision. We always felt informed, supported, and confident in every decision. What really sets them apart is the perfect balance of personal connection and professionalism. They genuinely cared about our outcome and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best possible result. We couldnt have asked for a better partner in this process and are so grateful to have had both a trusted friend and outstanding realtors by our side. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Experienced Realtor Pays Off! Edens experience and knowledge of current market conditions locally and nationally truly paid off. She gave great advice on the purchase of our new home while listing our current home. She was smart and told us to take a backup offer and it paid off. Our first deal fell through but we managed to close only 10 days later than original date and made it in before the end of the year. I would highly recommend Eden and her team! You wont regret it.

Unbelievably Professional, Off-The-Charts Incredible Service that my family is forever grateful for! I have known Eden since we were kids and while we havent seen each other in over 20 years, I knew Eden and the people she has surrounded herself with as great people you can trust. When it came time to sell my parents home (the house I grew up in) after my dad passed and my mom was moving into assisted living, I needed someone who would manage everything with care, professionalism, and heart. Eden, and her team, was all of that and more! She took full ownership of the entire process. She even has a special relationship with a fantastic team who helps stage, clean, prep and even go through family pictures, heirlooms, and furniture to keep, sell, and donate. They did everything from A-Z. Together they prepped, staged, listed, marketed, sold, and guided us through closing with skill, compassion, and an attention to detail that honestly blew me away. Selling the home you grew up (from 3,000 miles away by the way) is both emotional and daunting. Eden and her team made it as seamless and stress-free as humanly possible. I never had to worry as they were always a step ahead. What could she have done differently? Nothing. Eden exceeded every expectation I had. I would absolutely recommend Eden and her team to anyone. If you want someone who treats your home sale as if it were her own familys home, who combines professionalism with genuine care, and simply gets everything done at an elite level, call Eden! She is without a doubt the best person to trust with something this important.

Eden has helped us with several home purchases over the last few years. She and her team are prompt to respond to our questions and concerns. She knows the market and has guided us through finding and closing on a house for our son whose lease was due to expire. We needed a fast closing and she made it happen within three weeks. Highly recommended.

Professional and Extremely Knowledgeable . Eden Jordan and her teammate, Sally Sullivan, exceeded my expectations during the sell of my condo. Initially, Eden presented me with a comparable market analysis to help me set a competitive listing price. They were professional and reliable during the listing and selling process; always keeping the lines of communication open throughout the entire process keeping me informed about every development. Eden possesses strong negotiation skills and will not let you down. I highly recommend Eden Jordan and her team if you are looking to buy or sell your next home!

We chose Eden to sell our home for two reasons. First, she had the best track record around in terms of recent closings. Second, she grew up in the same area as the home we were selling so she knew the market and properties well. Turns out we made the right choice! We got a full price offer just 3 days after putting our home on the market. Eden knew how to push the boundaries far enough in setting price without going too high. She and her team helped get workers to the house to make repairs and spruce it up but never made us feel like we were trying to over-improve the house. Her entire team helped make the process so much less stressful. We really felt like we had a partner in Eden. Thank you Eden for your tireless work and sharing your vast expertise with us! We are super satisfied!

I highly recommend Eden as your future real estate agent for Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Our family has gone through so many heavy life changes upon our move to Jacksonville, Florida. Buying a home in a time of grief and massive life challenges seemed impossible. We found Eden, and she moved mountain for us to find our perfect home in lightening speed. We were unable to be in Jacksonville physically as we searched for a home. Eden supported us and listened to our needs. She rose above our challenges and ultimately found a home we absolutely love. Her kindness, tenacity and professionalism is unmatched. She was the powerhouse in a time where we needed it the most. We are forever grateful to her for the hard work she provided in finding our home! I highly recommend Eden as your real estate agent whether you are buying a home or need to sell yours. Again we cannot thank you enough!

Eden Jordan (in the Fleming Island office) and her team were incredible. Eden had fresh, creative ideas which helped to promote our home. Our home was older and in need of some repair. Eden had the contacts who quickly made everything new again. That, along with her expert knowledge of the housing market, is why I would highly recommend Eden.

Our house was listed at a price point that would sell and Edens team was aggressive to list and sell ASAP. Our house was well suited for a speedy sale and was listed with an offer in 5 days. Right people at the right time and the house sold! The staff worked extremely well to get things headed in the right direction and we could not be more pleased with the speedy sale.

I've known Eden for years but never needed her services until recently. My father past away and had a home that needed to be sold. She was very helpful to my sister and me when trying to decide the best time to try and sell the home and what we needed to do to get the home ready to be sold. Eden listed the home early January and we close on it mid March. She was in constant contact with my sister and me during this process.
