First time buyers here, Miyo and Letty helped us find our very first home. We were referred to Miyo by a realtor friend after our first referral didnt work out. I was tired and overwhelmed going in and had my reservations because of the terrible experience we had with the previous realtor. Miyo and her sister Letty are a dream come true!! Immediately after our first introduction through text message, Miyo sent us an introduction video of herself, we knew that we were going to be in great hands! Miyo and Letty were very attentive to our needs and walked us through the process step by step. They were extremely patient in answering all of our questions and always responded to our calls and texts in a timely manner. Miyo and Letty made us feel at ease even though the process was a bit crazy, and they made it fun! Did we mention that they work super fast?! We couldnt believe how quickly theyd get us showings once we showed interest in a home. And if we wanted to make an offer, they were on top of it! Dynamic duo for sure!! They are nothing short of amazing! Truly a blessing to have met them! Even our kids love them and ask about them often.

MIyo is the best of the best. Since day one she was very patient with us. She never pressured us to making an offer for any house. She made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Miyo will give all the details you need to know to the listings she shows you. From schools around the area to what builder built the house. If you want to work with the best, Miyo is the person to go with.

If there's one thing you need when purchasing a home is the PEACE OF MIND; that is what we found in Miyo. We found Miyo through a family friend referral. The first time we spoke on the phone, my husband and I already felt the warmth and comfort dealing with her. She gathered all the basic information she needed and from there, she went into details making sure she's taking care of only the important details we need and want from our new home. We are first time home buyers and sure enough, we were on guard. I will admit that along the way, we also talked to other realtors and see what they've got to offer but undoubtedly, we still love the exceptional service Miyo had provided since Day 1. She's always on top of everything. One text and call away, she will give you the answers in less than 24 hours, and most of the time in minutes. Whether she's out of town or in business conventions. We love how our personalities compliment. We feel good and confident in her professionalism. She knows how to adapt to my husband and I's preferences. She is a good balance between us. And not only that she cater to us but with our children as well. She makes sure that our decisions are also good for our children. She is very considerate in each of our opinions and hears them out and gives her honest input. We love Miyo that we were sad that we have to part ways as we found our lovely home, but nevertheless, she still kept in touch. She is now part of our family. Thank you, Miyo and your team for helping us find our first home. It has been months of roller coaster ride and as you promised, you were there all along finding our perfect!

Miyo is exactly the kind of agent I was hoping to find. She represented me as a seller very well. She was clear about explaining my options and always kept me current on what was happening throughout the entire process. I never write reviews but was so impressed with her expertise and professionalism that I wanted to make sure others know they can expect an awesome experience if they work with her.

Very happy with my experience. I first contacted Miyo in the morning, and by that afternoon she was showing me three different places. She handled all aspects of my purchase seamlessly and was very responsive throughout. As a first-time home buyer, I don't think it could have gone any better. Thanks again, and also to her staff who were also of great help.

Miyo and her team are AMAZING!!!!! Miyo helped me sell a home (that was out of the area) that had a lot of things working against it but she got it done! She also helped us find a new home in Elk Grove that we are totally in love with. She got us a great price, was able to coordinate the transactions so that we didn't have to find somewhere to live between transactions, was patient, fun, knowledgeable....everything you would want from an agent and more. I can't stress how much we appreciate everything she did for us. You won't find a better agent.

She helped negotiate a short sale on a house I wanted to buy she had to deal with two different banks one for 1st and one for the 2nd mortgage that was on the house and she did a wonderful job working through all the problems that came up and I ultimately got the house! She was very professional and kept me informed about what was going on through the process witch to me was a big deal for me and I assume for a lot of people. My experience was very good and I would highly recommend her services because it does matter who you work with.

She is very knowledgeable and help full. I have already recommend her to a family friend. She does not stop and love what she does because it shows in her work. Give us what too look for especially since I am first time home but I do not know much but has made me understand what to look out for.

We are first-time home buyers moving to Elk Grove from the Bay Area, and Miyo was an amazing realtor. She bent over backwards to help us look at homes while we were still living out of the area, and she put in extra effort to help us get the home we wanted. She was super responsive, and had great advice for us at every turn. She negotiated a great deal for us on our dream home, and we can't thank her enough. We could tell she really cared about our family. I would definitely recommend Miyo to anyone looking for a realtor.
