Eddie and his team did a fantastic job selling our condo in Tucson. Over our (many) years, my wife and I have bought and sold several houses in AZ and back east. Eddie and team definitely rank as one of our best realtor experiences. The team is highly professional in their approach, including the listing content (stunning photography and staging), the overall selling approach, and a high responsiveness to our questions or any concerns. I understand that each listing is unique with it's challenges, but in this case, it could not have gone any easier. Which also reflects another reason to consider Eddie and team - through his market insights and connections, we had a buyer lined up before the property was even officially listed. I sincerely doubt we would have this result with another realtor. I can confidently recommend Eddie and his team!!
