I chose a different realtor, but after a few months, she didn't work out, so I ended up working with Eddie again. He earned my business and made professional commitments to everything that was promised. Eddie understood the urgency behind the matter, and he and his team worked diligently on selling our home. He provided a contact for service workers such as painting and cleaning to probate lawyers to get the job done. No matter what we needed, he had a contact in his Rolodex. He was very knowledgeable about the housing business and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. I have been busy and meant to write this last year. ZillowVERIFIEDEddie made the process of buying my home so easy and convenient for me. I probably viewed 12-15 homes, put an offer in on 4-5 until I got my dream home that is perfect for me. He was always so quick to respond and set up showings for me. I let him know about 5 different homes I was interested in at 8:30 one evening and with in 30 minutes he had me set up to view all of the homes the following day in the afternoon when he knew I would be out of work and sent me details on each listing. He was always very attentive to respond to my text or emails and answer all of my questions quickly. He had a good sense of what we should offer for the homes and how to negotiate the counter offers. When I found my house and we started to closing process he set all of the inspections up and guided me effortlessly through the process. I dont plan on moving from my home but if I ever do I will definitely reach out to him again and I would recommend him to family and friends.
