Eddie Garcia

Eduardo Garcia is the President and founder of Realty of Chicago.His career began in 2006 at the age of 21. He worked tirelessly to make a name for himself in the industry during a time when the market was deteriorating.

Because of his perseverance and determination, not only to succeed but to provide clients with a one of a kind service, Eddie has surpassed his wildest expectations. He received the Top Producer Award by the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), The Top 1% Award also by CAR, Top 250 by NAHREP, #9 Hispanic Millennial in the country by NAHREP, and his most prestigious award to date, being named The Managing Broker of the Year in 2015 by the Chicago Association of Realtors.

His life motto in business has been, "Building a successful company is great, but building a successful company that gives back is even better." Realty of Chicago opened its doors in 2012. Four short years later, ROC is on the verge of closing $100 million in sales per year and looking forward to opening their new flagship office in 2016.

Each year Realty of Chicago gives back to the community where Eddie was raised, providing 300 school back packs and supplies to students, organizing a Thanksgiving turkey drive, providing scholarships to local students.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Youth Crossroads, The Boys Club, and NAHREP Chicago.
