Eddie was very helpful from the beginning- even way before I made the decision to sell my house. He sent me all the information I needed when I was still unsure about what to do. Once I made the decision, he met with me to explain everything in more detail, was always available to answer all the questions I had (and trust, I had many), and always listened to what I wanted. My house sold so quickly and I was stressed about my big move out of state-- Eddie went out of his way to provide me with any resources to help me with that process. He took me to see multiple houses in my price range and help me to look for things that you do want and dont want in a home you are going to purchase. Eddie will have your back the guy is straight forward and will make sure the house you get is the one you want after a year some realtors get a little tired of going to see this house and that house they will be frustrated not one time did eddie do that he was just as interested in the house as I was so the bottom line if you are not going with barksdale and affiliates you are making a huge mistake ??

We ended up being in contract 3 separate times which meant that each time things fell through, Eddie had to remarket the house, which isnt cheap! He never complained though. He pointed us in the right direction as far as having services done to the house that we needed to have done in order to have the house sell. He used his professional expertise to give us advice on what we should do to the house to make it more attractive. When I called a million times asking for updates, he never got annoyed. He talked me out of calling people and cursing them out because of shenanigans because he knew that wasnt the professional thing to do. Hes an all around good guy and I appreciate his help getting this house sold!!! I dont plan on buying or selling another house but If I did, Id absolutely use Eddie again!
