Eddie was very helpful from the beginning- even way before I made the decision to sell my house. He sent me all the information I needed when I was still unsure about what to do. Once I made the decision, he met with me to explain everything in more detail, was always available to answer all the questions I had (and trust, I had many), and always listened to what I wanted. My house sold so quickly and I was stressed about my big move out of state-- Eddie went out of his way to provide me with any resources to help me with that process.
