ZillowVERIFIEDWe bought our home in Stamford with Eds help every step of the way. He made everything easy, from dealing with the mortgage company, lawyers and sellers agent. He took care of most of the paperwork, inspections and lawyers or bank questions. He recommended several different companies from inspections to mortgages to lawyers. We really enjoyed working with Ed and closed within two months of our initial offer. Easy to contact and makes himself readily available to help.

ZillowVERIFIEDEd was the listing broker on our house. We had set guidlines on when to show the house. The process was a disaster. I would agree on a showing, many of them last minute, yet we continued to have additions or discrepancies in arrival time. When I would reach out to Ed, he would not have a reason. His communication and lack of respect for other peoples time was terrible. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Ed, especially if you are dealing with high priced houses in a sophisticated market.
