This guy will literally make you feel like his only client. I would e-mail him a list of houses I found on Zillow at one sometimes two in the morning, and he would respond almost immediately. It feels like the guy is your own personal agent and has no other clients (even though you know he does). Every question is being answered in 15 min, text or email. He knows almost every property by heart and knows exactly how much to bid to get it for the best price and rent value. Bought a house in a week.
