A family member recommended Ed as they were very happy with the experience they had with Ed selling their house.Ed and his team took what my sister and I thought would be a traumatic experience and made it an easy, smooth transaction.Within a day of listing Ed had a lot of scheduled viewings and three very good offers. Following Ed's advice we accepted a qualified offer from a wonderful person who let us know how much they loved our mom's house.Within three weeks of listing we closed and had the money in hand. That alone is impressive, but what impressed us most was the incredibly professional, respectful, knowledgeable and caring treatment we received from Ed and his team.We had questions and concerns that Ed answered and addressed in a very timely manner. Every phone call or email we made had an almost immediate response. Ed or Jessica reached out to us frequently to let us know what was going on and what to expect.Our mom's house sold very quickly. Ed used his years of experience, honesty, and skill to ensure I got everything I wanted no matter how small the details. Ed plays hard ball with the big mortgage companies so your hard earned money doesn't go to waste. In conclusion if your looking for a professional realtor to help purchase your investment look no further because ed is already two steps ahead of the competition and always finds time for you. After experimenting with novice realtors I've finally found one I can count on for years and years to come. 11/10 recommend.

Throughout my home buying experience Ed negotiated numerous items including a new furnace that the seller bought and replaced as well as many of the pieces of furniture in the house to become my property. I would recommend Ed to any home buyer, especially first-time home buyers.

Ed took the time to hear and understand our concerns and our expectations, and to validate that our expectations were realistic. Ed delivered everything that he had said he would when he had said he would. Ed immediately took our calls and responded to all of our v-mail/text/e-mail messages within a half hour. Everything he told us was accurate and reliable information, and I can't imagine being any more pleased than how we are with Ed's service and professionalism. The house sold in about one business day, which is pretty tough to beat.Amanda was exceptionally responsive and effective in communicating with us and administering the documentation for the sale of our property.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a rental home to sell and interviewed 5 or so realtors the same day. Ed showed up prepared with comparable home sales in the area and a suggested a sales price and strategy. In order to get the sale price i wanted, painting, flooring, cleaning and some renovating was necessary. Ed provided contact info of contractors and suppliers when needed and followed up as to the progress. When the property went on the market it sold quickly for full asking price. Ed's suggested price & strategy were spot on.

Ed was very helpful along the way, suggesting service people and options as we improved our home and looked for a new place. ZillowVERIFIED Ed was very helpful along every step of the way on our home purchase. We wanted to move fast and he definitely followed through. We gave him our list of properties to view on a Wednesday, had it set up to view on Thursday, put an offer in on Friday and our offer was accepted on Saturday. We were up against a "Golden" buyer and the sellers chose our offer because Ed was able to inform the sellers agent how excited we were about the house.I would recommend Ed to everyone and anyone!
