Over the past 8 months I have worked with Ed to purchase a home and to sell a home. His local knowledge played a huge part in finding the perfect home for the price range that I stated. When I was selling my home, he listed the property at a price that I personally thought was to high. Two weeks later we got a full price offer. He knows his market! I enjoyed working with Ed. He handled all communications and transactions with transparency, detail, and professionalism. I felt like I was an active part of the process and well informed. Ed provides excellent service! I have had a great experience working with him buying and selling a property. He made me feel that my needs are the first priority. Knowledgeable about the market, professional, patient, and with extensive experience in the real estate world. All questions were answered quickly during the home buying and selling process. Due to the economic and market situation, my property took longer than expected to sell. Meanwhile, Ed always encouraged me to stay positive. When the buyers offer was accepted, I did not imagine that it would also bring some difficulties. Ed kept me informed every step of the way on the buyers situation who had to deal with unexpected circumstances that delayed the process. In the end, everything worked out for both parties. Ed is the best! When My wife and I had to move to Pittsburgh for my work, Ed was recommended to us through a friend. We were not in a position to sell the house just yet, so Ed helped us find renters. What we appreciated was his diligence and willingness to find us tenants who we felt comfortable with. When it came time to sell, it was a no-brainer that we stick with Ed. He made the whole process easier because of his expertise and willingness to work with us....even while we were out of state! I cannot recommend Ed enough. He is hard working, courteous, and just a great guy all around. On a personal note, I admire his commitment to his family and friends. The Butler did it for us!!!!
