ZillowVERIFIED 16 years ago in (2000), Ed sold me my first home as a single mom! He was very knowledgeable about a home, that was not his listing and I was extremely happy living there. I've since sold that property and am now (2016) moving on to a second home as married! He is an all around, classic when I think of an HONEST, WHOLESOME person. It's only been a couple of days and already, we are very happy with his services. He's definitely the description of trustworthy, knows his craft well and if I ever had to move again, I'd NEVER use another realtor in this region, unless he is retired or no longer in this area. Ed you're the epitome of an excellent realtor and family man!

ZillowVERIFIED This dynamic duo were great! I was referred by our lender and was unsure at first but once we started looking we found out Joanie and Ed were the real deal. They both worked very hard for us and made the process easy, even if minor setbacks occurred. They worked around they clock during the whole buying process and I would highly recommend them for their sincerity and expertise at caring for details even up to the day of closing when they caught a double fee we were going to be charged but they found it and saved us! Once we found our home, they filed the paperwork even after normal business hours, to get the process started and worked out great for us in the end.

They were troopers with us looking at numerous properties and were incredibly insightful in the process. They listened and respected our financial restrictions we put on ourselves - other realtors would have talked us into spending more! Ed was fantastic in the negotiation process in buying and selling. ZillowVERIFIED while going through a very very difficult time in my life and trying to sell my house both ED and Joanie Barber were very supportive and extremely helpful Ed came in and got the ball rolling he took such wonderful pictures of my house that i almost wanted to change my mind. Joanie stopped by one day for me to sign some papers she sat down and before you knew it i was pooring my heart out to her she listened and at the end of our conversation gave me some encouraging words and gave me a hug that i truly needed that day,within one month if not sooner my house was sold!!! thanks so much guys

ZillowVERIFIED Ed had local expertise as to which neighborhoods were in good condition and which roads were most heavily traveled. He helped to pull together a list of comparisons to come up with a reasonable offer and had a good working knowledge of the mortgage application process which saved us money in the end. He also demonstrated a knowledge of what to look for in a house and recommended various inspections.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a home in Clifton Heights and for the last 3 years or so we have had it for sale with other agents off and on and never received any offers. This past September we listed it with Ed and by November he was able to bring us an offer at the full asking price...actually he managed to negotiate the closing costs to where we paid half instead of all closing costs. Ed gets the job done and will get the best price for you if you are selling or buying! Definately give him a call if you are looking for a realtor! Jim Large
