ZillowVERIFIED We had the opportunity to work with Ebru twice - first as a buyer, and then subsequently as a seller. We were not actively seeking an agent, but Ebru was listed as a point of contact on one of the homes we saw on a web listing. Ebru was warm and engaging, and even though she was not our agent, we began following up with her on additional viewings. Over the course of several weeks, we established a relationship with her that eventually led to us finding the home we were looking for. Ebru talked us through every step of the purchase process, and helped us get our offer accepted without having to overbid. Ebru is an open, honest communicator, who was always available whenever we needed her. She patiently and effectively explained the details and nuances of the entire process to us (although we were not first-time buyers, we were inexperienced and much of the process was unfamiliar). She made sure that we had all the facts before making a decision. When we later sold our other home, it was an easy decision to work with Ebru again. We were first-time sellers, and had lots of concerns about some needed repairs to the house. Ebru listened to our concerns and set to work helping us get the house prepped for listing. She provided vendor contacts and in several cases helped us coordinate vendor work. Again, Ebru communicated frequently and clearly, and anytime an issue would arise, she was there as a source of guidance and reassurance. Throughout all our time working with Ebru, we always found her to be caring, personable, and always felt that she had our best interests in mind. She always made sure we understood the next steps and had realistic expectations. We cannot recommend Ebru enough!
