Dylan Wolf

With a background in international banking, he serves his clientele two-fold: by providing them insight into the financial industry and how it pertains to the real estate process, and his experience globally, whether a client's next home is around the corner or across the world. Born and raised in the Netherlands, by the time Dylan was 7 years old, he'd spent half his life in the Netherlands and half in the United States, firmly cementing his fluency in both languages. At The Hague University, he studied commercial economics and international management marketing, using his degree to work in tech surveillance and later in banking. There, he assisted clients relocating from outside of the Netherlands and walked them through tasks as simple as acquiring a debit card to more complicated processes, like obtaining a mortgage. Following a year-and-a-half of global travel, Dylan relocated to Seattle, and soon after launched his real estate career, offering his clients his honest and direct style, ensuring they will make the right investment. Dylan is excited to add his real estate success to Pacific Wolf Realty, known for its quality, exceptional marketing, and broker support. At home in Kent, he and his wife Erin (a native Seattleite, whom he met when they were both studying abroad in Sweden) are raising their family--with son Kit, and son Ollie! Together he and Erin love to travel, but with time to relax at home, Dylan enjoys Nintendo, Legos, and reading science fiction.
