Dylan is knowledgeable, not only about the realty side of this, but the construction side as well. He helped me figure out if I wanted to list my house for sale or not and by his construction knowledge alone, held me off on selling. He was friendly and most importantly honest. ZillowVERIFIED Dylan is one of the best realtors around, he has gone above and beyond to provide the best possible service. He is extremely knowledgeable about market value and he is a strong negotiator. He is willing to help out anyway that he can even if it isnt necessarily part of his job. For my property he was creative and relentless with marketing and showings. Dylan has a welcoming personality and patience with those who aren't so knowledgeable (us) on the process. During the process, I never got the feeling that Dylan was just trying to make a sale or that his interests conflicted with mine and always felt like he genuinely cared about our concerns, opinions, and experience. Throughout the process he consistently did things like engage the sellers agent about concerns we had the facilitate a speedy resolution, accommodated our work schedules for showings, held the final walk-through on very short notice (at our request) and the list goes on. Dylan made it feel as if we were his only client, though I am sure we were not. For all these reasons, I would highly recommend Dylan to anyone in the area looking to buy a home. We had worked with at least 3 different realtors from all different companies that didn't seem to understand what we wanted (even tho we looked at MANY houses) or that we really had to move fast. Eventually we we're lucky enough to meet Dylan Wise. Here's what made the difference: -He was ALWAYS completely prepared with paperwork, history, and other information associated with the home.-He communicated to us every step of the way so that we were not left in the dark.-He quickly understood what we were looking for and did not try to lead us astray at all. -He was brutally honest about each home we looked at, which proved to us he wasn't trying to sell us the first or the most expensive home that we looked at. -When we found the home we liked, Dylan immediately worked on our offer, and since that point helped the whole buying process move along very quickly ( less than 2 months between accepted offer and closing date) Overall our experience with Dylan could not have been any better.
