That means he sold my house for a fair price, not just the low ball price the local realtor wanted to list it for. My property was highly marketed online, via mail, and also through his vast network of contacts. This resulted in a good selling price much quicker than the local realtor has been able to do. My property sold, the local guys houses are just sitting. What an incredible difference, and one of the best decisions I have made!Your house, whether purchase or selling is too important to use a realtor who won't aggressively work to find a win-win for the buyer and seller. Go with the best!Side note, the listing was so good, the very happy buyers bought it sight unseen and lived five states away! Now that is amazing!
