ZillowVERIFIED Were very thankful to have had Dylan sell our house. He is a true professional and stands out from the myriad of realtors available. Dylan knows the market extremely well and gave us valuable advice throughout the whole process, from pricing the house to staging to closing. As a result, we were able to sell our house quickly for a great price and get the closing terms that we wanted. He also connected us to great resources during the process that made getting our house ready for sale painless! Should we ever look to buy or sell in South Florida again, well definitely connect with Dylan and would recommend him to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very fortunate to have found Dylan as our Real Estate agent. In this extremely challenging market environment, Dylan was able to find us a beautiful home that exceeded all of our expectations. Having no knowledge of Palm Beach or Florida, Dylan was an invaluable resource for my family for everything from schools to providing a full rolodex of well respected service professionals. He is very knowledgeable, extremely professional, and great advisor. We can not say enough wonderful things about Dylan and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased many investment properties over the last 20 years and have worked with agents from coast to coast. I can confidently say that Dylan is the best agent I've ever worked with. He is an absolute pro in every way. He knows his market, really works to understand his buyers and what they're looking for, and is candid and honest in his assessment of the pros and cons of specific properties. Dylan helped me to buy 2 rental properties and was spot on about how much they'd rent for and how desirable they'd be. Dylan made the process so easy I'm thinking of buying another.

ZillowVERIFIED Dylan is the best realtor we have worked with. His clear communication, attention to detail, and hard work behind the scenes is outstanding. Dylan is clear and helpful with any recommendations on how to move forward. We also had a home to sell which was another piece of the puzzle, and it was managed seamlessly. We truly felt as though we were being taken care of from beginning to end. In addition, Crystal in his office is very proactive in making sure items are completed if need be. Highly recommend The Snyder Group.

ZillowVERIFIED I 100% recommend Michael DaSilva as real estate agent for Dylan Snyder. I was inundated with real estate agents for over a year, but Michael was not consistently contacting me and only sent me listings directed toward my specific parameters. I chose him for my real estate needs and couldn't be happier with the service and expertise I received. Being single, Michael walked me through the process every step of the way, made referrals for service people and negotiated expertly on my behalf. The best thing about Michael is that he always responded to my calls and texts without me having to chase him down. That is extremely important. My home is perfect for me in the development I wanted all thanks to Michael!

ZillowVERIFIED Simply the best call Dylan today he gets it done. I have bought two houses and sold one using Dylan. My home sold in 1 day well above ask. I had other agents come in to take a look they told me what it would sell and appraise for. Glad I went with Dylan he aimed high and hit it out of the park.

ZillowVERIFIED Super happy with Dylan for many reasons. A+ all around for his professionalism & knowledge of the surrounding areas in PBC. He listened to what we wanted in a home & area to buy. We were looking for a small investment property one we could live in and remodel.. then at a later date lease it to another to enjoy! We are local dive shop owners in Palm Beach County and we needed a place with a boat slip. Dylan was able to find us what we were looking for & we are super happy it didnt take long to find. Not only did we find what we wanted he is a great negotiator & non-pressured broker. Super knowledgeable & respectable person. We will definitely pass his information along to many others. -Rachel & John @FloridaScubaDivers

ZillowVERIFIED Dylan represented us in our fourth home sale. I am happy to say that Dylan and his team was the best agent we have ever used. He was extremely responsive, put together a comprehensive marketing plan, and implemented the plan flawlessly. Most importantly, he helped to independently identify the buyer for our home. His outside the box thinking also helped to put in place a contract to ensure the sale. All of this in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are looking for an agent, I cant recommend Dylan and his team more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Dylan and his team were great to work with - responsive even through some very trying times. He encouraged us to list our apartment at a higher ask than we expected, and sold it in two days at the asking price. He and his team also helped us to buy a new home - and I'm pretty sure we were not the easiest clients to deal with. Thanks, Dylan, Rachelle and Brynn!

ZillowVERIFIED Dylan was recommended to me when I was preparing to sell my home in Jupiter. During our first meeting, Dylan shared his experience, the conditions of the market, stats on sales in my development and features that he felt differentiated my home amongst the competition. He estimated that he would sell my house within 35 days. After quickly establishing my trust and confidence, I signed a contract for Dylan to represent me as a Seller. Showings began immediately and 20 days later, Dylan brought me multiple offers. I got more money for the house than I anticipated. Dylan is a genuine professional who is trustworthy, honest and has impeccable integrity. He knows the South Florida market very well and can quickly align Buyers and Sellers in finding their dream homes. Thank you Dylan!

ZillowVERIFIED Dylan did an excellent job selling our house. If you are looking to sell your house in Jupiter or the surrounding area, your first call should be to Dylan. His knowledge of the sale history of our neighborhood was very impressive. His marketing is so effective that even prior to the listing going active, he had more than ten showings with detailed feedback from each showing. Our house received an offer in less than 24 hours after being listed. Dylan was very creative in negotiating the sale price and during the period between the house going under contract and through closing, Dylan was accessible and resolved any issue that came up. Dylan made selling our home stress free.
