At this point, we had been using Zillow and a few other sites for our search over the course of a few months by ourselves. Though this was the property we ended up going for in the end, Dylan helped us in our search for other properties, even helping us tour a place that wasn't in his database. He was responsive in text messages and handled a vast majority of communication with the landlords during our search, and also made sure that we were covering our bases in case of issues later. Under him, we were also able to negotiate the inclusion of a washer/dryer combination and a future small dog or cat onto our lease.
