ZillowVERIFIED Let me just say Dylan is absolutely amazing!! Very professional, attentive and truly cares about you as a person. He is truly passionate about what he does and it shows each and every day. I had 20 days to find a place and get moved in and let me tell you when he tells you "I got it" just know he means it. I was stressing beyond max but he got me and my family moved in with 7 days to spare....... Thank you for all your support and help

ZillowVERIFIED Dylan did an outstanding job handling the home-buying process for us. Over the course of more than 30 days, he was prompt, professional, and courteous in all of his communications. There were a couple of moments when delays could have occurred (through no fault of his), but he quickly applied outside-the-box thinking, took swift action, and resolved the issues. In the end, everything turned out exactly as Dylan had explained at the start of the process. I highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Dylan is an incredible realtor and an even more incredible person. With my strict criterias he was still able to find me several homes that met my expectations. The drive from this individual is like no other. Dylan works very hard and will by far meet your expectations in a realtor. The responsiveness on text messages, phone calls, and emails is one thing that stands out to me as a buyer. Whatever questions you have or any concerns he was able to answer and very quickly. He puts his clients first and will do the very best he can to find a home and work out deals with agents and landlords that make you and the seller very happy. We were able to find a home that by far met my expectations and my spouses. I strongly encourage you to give Dylan a chance, I promise you will not regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED Dylan was very informative and helpful. He went out of his way to meet us later in the evening due to our work schedules. He was so knowledgeable, and he worked hard to get the owner to compromise on a few things regarding deposit, move in date, etc. Even though he knew we were considering another property that a management group was handling so he couldn't serve as the realtor, he still advised us and gave us pros and cons. But he just wanted us to find the house we felt was the best fit for our family. He was very personable, and you can tell he really loves what he does. I highly recommend Dylan for any real estate needs you have!

ZillowVERIFIED Dylan was a lifesaver. I was struggling to find rent homes on Zillow due to them not taking down homes after they are leased. There was a big lack of communication from agents. Then we found Dylan. He worked tirelessly and fought hard to get us into the home we needed. Great communication as well! He was very flexible with meeting us for tours on our time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to rent or buy. Thanks again Dylan!

ZillowVERIFIED My partner and I stumbled across Dylan by coincidence after touring a rental property that he was the realtor for. At this point, we had been using Zillow and a few other sites for our search over the course of a few months by ourselves. Though this was the property we ended up going for in the end, Dylan helped us in our search for other properties, even helping us tour a place that wasn't in his database. He was responsive in text messages and handled a vast majority of communication with the landlords during our search, and also made sure that we were covering our bases in case of issues later. Under him, we were also able to negotiate the inclusion of a washer/dryer combination and a future small dog or cat onto our lease. We were very happy to sign under him on the original rental we toured and look forward to future interactions!

ZillowVERIFIED Recently, I was blessed with the opportunity to enlist the services of Mr. Dylan Singleton, and I cant say enough good things about this gentlemans responsiveness, realty knowledge, ethics, and good-natured personality. Back in February, I found myself in a real tight spot and needed to find a rental property as quickly as possible. I was quite surprised to receive a call from Mr. Singleton less than 24 hours after my initial inquiry on Redfin. He not only reached out to me in record time, but he also offered to give me a tour of the property that same day. Wow, thats unheard of! He guided me along the entire process of the application, background checks, submission of required documents, and signing of the actual lease documents. In all honesty, considering I was in quite a haste and difficult situation at the time, I am being completely genuine when I say that I could not have been in my new home today if it had not been for Mr. Singletons help. He truly is one of Gods little angels helping others when they need it most. May God continue to bless you and your family, Mr. Singleton. ??

ZillowVERIFIED I stumbled into Dylans services while looking for a rental home in the North Dallas area. IaEUR~m relocating from out of state and was attempting to locate a property on my own. After speaking with Dylan about a property he had listed, he immediately offered his services to help me find a place. I was uncertain at first because I felt my financial situation was a difficult one, but Dylan didnt hesitate. He asked what I was looking for, laid out a game plan, and within the hour I was set up on his portal and he was making inquiries into the homes I was interested in. Within 24 hrs we were meeting to view properties. Dylan is exceptional. EXCEPTIONAL. His professionalism, his diligence, his clear and CONSISTENT communication, his attention to detail, and his care is second to none. There wasnt a message or call that went unanswered. I always knew where we stood ever step of the way. I was only in town for a week before having to return home and Dylan continued to provide a remarkable standard of service including making video tours for me. Even in moments when I was concerned I wouldnt find someone willing to work with my situation, Dylan remained encouraging and assured me we would find the best situation despite my situation. And he wasnt lying!! In the span of just a couple weeks we found a beautiful home that meets all my needs and expectations. Dylan hit the ground running on my behalf from the moment we spoke. I have never received such outstanding service from a realtor (and Ive used my own family before). He has my whole-hearted recommendation for anyone looking for a realtor. He is truly above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do we begin.. First, Dylan is an exceptional realtor! Literally from the beginning to the end. Initially, we planned to relocate from Dallas, TX to S. Florida but our plans immediately changed once Hurricane Ian hit. So we decided to extend our stay in Dallas, and make it our home. During our search for a new home, we were blessed to meet Dylan! We submitted an inquiry (via online) to your a space and schedule a tour, and shortly after Dylan called us back. He was hands-on right away and brought us so much ease and optimism in the middle of such a challenging time. He gave us HOPE! Not only did he send us listings (day and night) and help us pivot. He reassured us he would find us a space to call ours that we would instantly fall in love with. And he kept his word! In just two days aEUR" he helped us stumble on thee most breathtaking, perfect space in an amazing community! Between his inviting, warm personality and professionalism we couldnt have asked for a more phenomenal, detailed realtor. ZillowVERIFIED They say, aEURoeThree is the CharmaEUR?. Lets just say, Dylan became just that. He listed many challenges that I would face in seeking the right property for not only myself and family however, my commercial property as well. Even before contract had been signed, Dylan made sure he was able to educate me on what I was getting myself into. He advised some of the perks and cons for property. He made me feel very aware as to what I needed to make transaction run as smoothly as possible. I would not choose another Realtor other than Dylan, not only did I become his client, but I choose no other than him for any additional properties I may need. Thank you for sharing this journey with me and I will for sure pass along your information to all friends and family.
