ZillowVERIFIED Dylan Parry is a fantastic agent! Dylan is very determined, he stuck with us searched for that perfect house to be our new home. Very knowledgeable and reliable. I have seen and worked with many other agents across several states and Dylan is in the top tier. You would be hard pressed to find a more committed or loyal agent. I will continue to recommend his services to family, friends, and acquaintances alike.

ZillowVERIFIED Dylan Parry, with Lepi and Associates, was fantastic! As first time home buyers, we started with looking on Zillow. We "favorited" a few houses and Dylan contacted us. He was super friendly and truly "all about the customer." We really weren't sure in the beginning of what we wanted. Looked at a duplex, planned on getting the duplex, looked at houses in the meantime to make sure the duplex was something we really wanted to do. He set up multiple appointments to see houses in Cambridge. We just could not decide what we wanted. Then, my husband and I found a house for sale by owner - we asked Dylan about the process. He was so helpful and was with us every step of the way! He made the whole process of buying a home, super easy! We obviously had no clue what we were doing! I HIGHLY recommend Dylan Parry with Lepi and Associates for all your realtor needs! Whether it is buying or selling, this company is fantastic!

ZillowVERIFIED Dylan was a great agent. He showed me a potential house for me to rent and was very informative and helped me out with looking at other places. He called and checked back in with me several times to make sure I didn't need any additional help or have any questions/concerns or wanting to look at more places.

ZillowVERIFIED Dylan Parry was very helpful in the process of finding an apartment. Specifically he showed me how social media could be used to my advantage. I never realized how new technologies could be used while looking for a place to live and Dylan was more than helpful, thanks.
