I was a little skeptical of finding a good realtor when I decided to try "Find a Realtor.com". I was pleasantly surprised because Dylan was everything I could ask for. He contacted me within 48 hours and immediately booked a tour of the property I was interested in. I closed on that house one month later. Everything in between was easy due to Dylan's connections, knowledge, and attentiveness. I know he had other clients but he kept in contact even if it was after normal working hours. I will certainly recommend Dylan to anyone buying or selling a home.

Dylan is the best. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well-informed of everything that was going on and what needed to be done. On the night of closing, he even went over to the house to check on it because there were big storms rolling through the area and we live out of town. I can't recommend Dylan highly enough.
