ZillowVERIFIED We did it again! I decided to work with Dylan a second time, this time on a vacant lot. I was somewhat committed to a different agent that was previously assisting with the sale. After having the property on the market for 3 months, we were not getting much attention or feedback from this previous agent. I was able to get out of this commitment and was happy to work with Dylan again. We had good interest and more activity right away even though the market was in downturn. We were able to get multiple offers, resulting in a slight bidding war after about 2.5 months, and sold at a great price. Dylan has been consistent with his high quality service since we met a couple of years ago. I am definitely going to work with Dylan for any Real Estate needs in the future.
