Dylan took his time to send us listings of everything we were looking for in a house. Being an engineer I was very picky on what was being presented to us but Dylan didn't bat an eye and got back to work on finding us exactly what we wanted. Scheduling with Dylan was a breeze despite my odd work hours and always got us into a house within days of our requests. Some may think a realtor is just trying to make a deal but I never felt that with Dylan because he never disagreed on my thoughts of what we were looking at. Finally when we viewed a house that checked every box (and gave us a feeling indescribable that we found something we dearly wanted), he knew how badly we needed this home and immediately got to work on securing this house. Our purchase had 4 offers already and Dylan was up for every challenge that was presented to him in making this ours.
