Dyann helped us sell our long term family home and property that had been in the family since 1969. There were a lot of moving parts to this unique property that had to be guided through. At times it got complicated and frustrating dealing with the current market at that time. Dyann NEVER gave up. Dyann was our cheerleader keeping our family focused and in the right direction. Again, this property was unique. After many months of hard work on her behalf, open houses, dealing with unqualified buyers brought to her by other realtors, the final negotiation with the right buyer was incredible. She had our back and got us a price point that we had virtually given up on getting. We knew what was going on and where we stood all the way through the process. Closing was a breeze since she had it all handled on time, well actually a day earlier than scheduled. Now, It should be noted that Dyann was our realtor when my wife and I bought our current residence in 2006. That sale purchase was great up to the final time line of closing. The seller's realtor really almost blew up the deal being a total jerk. ( I actually (interfered) confronted the sellers about him as we were about to walk away) ( Sorry Dyann ! ) But Dyann was able to calm things down and close the deal. After our 2006 residence purchase, Dyann has handled the real estate needs of several of our friends. I can't recommend Dyann highly enough. I had to give her only 5 stars, she deserves 15 stars for likability, knowledge, personality and her reputation with local mortgage brokers.

She truly provided a concierge service while making us feel special and cared for. When thing were potentially stressful, she worked behind the scenes to resolve issues unless she absolutely had to get us involved. That's not to say that she was acting without our consent or making decisions for us. Far from it! Dyann did everything she could to spare us any undue stress. She also was very helpful at encouraging us when things were stressful. Dyann has been in real estate for many years and knows very well what all has to happen to bring any home buying experience to completion. She made sure we knew what was happening and what we needed to do and by when. She also provided valuable referrals to help take our dream and make it a reality. Those referrals brought us much peace of mind and saved us hundreds to thousands of dollars.
