Review I have known Dwight for several years now. He helped us sell my parents home after their passing. This is one reason I went with him and his agency to sell our home for my relocation. Dwight is honest and communicates quickly. We had a problem with the appraisal of our home in Chattanooga when the appraiser did not give us credit for our finished space in our basement, above ground pool with wooden deck and undervalued my 4 car garage (with heat, AC, air compressor, exhaust system, floor outlets, an office and a security system) which was only valued at $5,000. Dwight fought for me. Though the appraiser refused to adjust his appraisal and ultimately cost us $39,000 in the value of our home. Dwight fought for us tooth and nail. This speaks volumes about Dwight's honesty in spite of the "Questionable" actions of other organizations. If you are looking for a realtor with honesty and integrity, Dwight is your realtor!
