A big shout out to Dwayne Moyers for handling my mom's real estate transaction. I'll let him get into details if he wants to, but I think there was a record set. Very professional. I highly recommend Dwayne for anyone in the Prince William/Stafford County areas of Northern Virginia. I've known Dwayne since elementary school. Yes, that was a LONG time ago. I forgot to mention that Dwayne is a former commissioned officer in the US Army and a Law Enforcement veteran. That means a lot to me.

Dwayne and Maryanne were very easy to work with yet very professional. They gave us excellent advice based on their past experience and what they felt the real estate market would bear. They were very positive about being able to sell our house, told us what the upside was to our property and what to do to make the property more attractive to prospective buyers. They were obviously very knowledgeable since we has offers on our house within 3 days. They put a lot of effort into marketing our property and guided us through the whole real estate transaction process. I would highly recommend Dwayne and Maryanne to anyone who wants to get the highest value for their property with the lowest level of stress.
