When signing the offer, he stepped through the entire contract with us so that we were clear about what we were agreeing to. In addition, he went above and beyond finding out specific information about any restrictions in the various buildings. He found out a restriction with our first choice that caused us to change direction - the condotel would not let guests use the amenities unless the unit was rented through them. Dusty also explained the various options available to us for management companies since this entire process was very new to us. He always responded to us promptly as well. We would definitely use Dusty again and we would recommend him to others.

I had then began to use realtor.com and signed up for a real estate agent. We're from NY and don't really know anyone or whose good/bad in professions so it was our best bet. I am so thankful that we were set up with Dusty, the stress of purchasing a home was lifted completely. He was completely honest, no side-line crap. He got us in to see the properties that we were interested in as well with recommending homes. When seeing a home, he brought along information on what they sell for -- as well as knowing what to look for whiles viewing. As we viewed the property, he made sure that the stove/faucets/showers/lights worked. He is 100% professional, helpful, and kind. He kept up with the mask rules whiles viewing and with handling things in the office. He knows loaners who can help get you into your home. I personally don't believe their is anyone better. And if you have any questions, whenever, he will answer. If you're looking for a stress-free process, he's your guy.

As a real estate agent, as a man, and as a friend, he is of the highest kind, quality, and order. Supreme. Having recently sold my previous home through another local agent I assumed that her level of service was the norm in the industry in the area. I had expressed to her what I was looking for and where I wanted to live. However, after months of not hearing back from her and no showings, no leads, nothing, I gave up hope. Then, one day, while browsing through Zillow I caught a glimpse of Dusty's profile.I did my due diligence. Looked him up on Zillow. Other websites. I even went to his own . I reached out to him and he was quick to respond. I was immediately impressed by both his depth of knowledge and his overwhelmingly positive attitude. He had a list of homes for me and he was motivated to get me into my dream home. And he did. And at the price I wanted to boot. But the story doesn't end there. Dusty isn't the type to just get you to sign the contract and then leave you from there. He calls. Emails. Follows up. He helped to set up my inspection. He went to it. He made sure that everything that needed to be repaired got repaired. He provided services to help get me moved, my bills changed over and even my mail forwarded. Dusty's attention to detail is second to none. I was absolutely blown away.The worst part of the experience was that the sale went off without a hitch. He was there at closing and made sure that everything went exactly according to plan. And then it was over. The house was exactly as promised. The closing. The mortgage. Everything. Rarely in life do we get the opportunity to deal with people or businesses who over deliver. But that's exactly what Dusty does. Time and time again. No matter what the obstacle is Dusty delivers.In closing I would like to ensure that anyone who takes the time to read this review understands that I never write online reviews. Never. But I felt compelled to do this. Not just so I can hope to send business Dusty's way. But so I can serve my fellow man. Everyone should be able to experience this level of service at least once in their lives. Especially so when it comes to such a monumental experience such as buying a house.
