She always made sure that the homes were available and honored our wishes. She was very proactive in finding homes for us. He quickly brought us up to speed on what to expect and simplified the process for us. He didn't overpromise and was transparent with expectations on both the sale and purchase. He also explained the emotional process that is involved, which I wasn't really thinking about at the time. It's apparent that Dustin is extremely knowledgeable about the market and this area. He is also friendly and courteous to us and our kids. I don't think we could have gotten a better deal on both the sale of our old house and purchase of a new house. During the entire process Dustin was easy to reach and professional. He has a good team that partners with him for the sale process. ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Dustin ? He was very helpful thought out this whole process, that took almost a year . Not to any fault of his own by any means. Dustin showed me many many houses before I finally found the one. There was also a deal that fell through before finding the house that I now call home. Again at no fault of Dustin's or myself, the seller was unwilling to make some repairs that I couldn't live with. During this time of looking for the right place, Dustin was always there to answer any and all questions I had , and I had quit a few of them. He was always prompt and on time at the showings and very knowledgeable of the areas and what he felt was a good price for the homes. It took 5 months to get the deal done on my house . There were some issues on the sellers side of things that were unexpected. During this 5 months Dustin always kept me up to date on the progress or lack thereof.... lol (I probably drove him nuts during this time) and the sitution that was taking place. Out of all the people involved in this deal . The lawyer, mortgage company, title company , the other lawyer , the list goes on.... Dustin was the only one that always returned my calls the day of and reassured me that things would work out. If it wasn't for Dustin there may have been some smashed windows or slashed tires due to my frustration, lol not really , but all joking aside Dustin had to endure some rants . So needles to say I truly believe if I didn't have Dustin as my realtor this deal would have fallen through, I would have provably walked away from it and given up. Im very glad I didn't ,because I love this place that my family and I call home. So I say all of this, to say if you're here wondering ,like I was should I send Dustin a request or call him to set up a showing on this house that I'm dying to see, the answer is yes. You'll be glad you did. I was and I'm pretty confident after metting with Dustin you will be too.
