ZillowVERIFIED For years, I have dreamed of living in Lortondale. I contacted Dustin after noticing that he was the listing agent for several other mid-century homes in the neighborhood. After looking at a few houses on the market, I was astonished at the level of knowledge that Dustin has regarding mid-century architecture. Dustin was both professional and down-to-earth, and very easy to work with. He was quick to negotiate on my behalf once I found the perfect house (mid-century homes are really unique, and don't stay on the market very long). He also suggested a very good local lending company and title company that really made the entire process go smoothly. Everyone I talked to was very helpful in answering any of my questions (and I had a lot of questions). I am still astonished that I was able to purchase my first home with very little stress. I would recommend that anyone interested in mid-century homes or other properties in mid-town Tulsa should definitely consider working with Dustin.

Perhaps because I was spending so much time on-line looking at houses in the city to which were moving, I was very aware of how many decisions buyers made from looking at sites like Zillow. From the beginning, Dustin explained to us how he planned to market our home, with a clear idea of how we thought we could reach Internet house hunters. As just one example, he used a very talented real estate photographer who took terrific shots of our home, which really reflected the property well on Zillow. Dustin has a passion for interesting, older homes, and he gave good advise about how to present the best qualities of our 1930s bungalow. Dustin gave us clear, accurate information about the real estate market in our neighborhood so that we could make good decisions about our offer. And, on top of it all, he is an interesting guy to talk with.

I contacted Dustin after hours and he returned my call within minutes of requesting to see the perfect Brookside bungalow. Homes in midtown go fast and Dustin had my rental agreement approved within 48 hours of seeing the property. The teeny profit he might have made from orchestrating my paperwork probably wasn't to his advantage but there is no waiting for return calls or wondering if your application is at the bottom of the stack with Dustin, everyone is a priority. He is easily the most unprofessional when it to communicating with his s clients. It will takes days for him to get back with you. He most likely won't show up for any of your open houses eihter. We had four open houses and he came to zero of them. Instead he put the responsibility of representing our house on his female assistant because he was "too busy".

ZillowVERIFIED I actually located Dustin through his Zillow profile. He did well in helping me with my house search, which moved much more quickly than even I anticipated. I visited an open house on a weekend and talked to him about scheduling a follow up appointment the following day. Before that happened though there had already been an offer. Dustin got back with me quickly that evening, fairly late at night and was able to get the seller and their agent to let me follow up with a viewing and get an offer on the table. I ended up getting the house thanks to Dustin's quick action and his assistance in helping me write a strong offer for the house. He's done well in helping me through the rest of the transaction including negotiating on repairs and putting me in touch with other real estate professionals.
