About Dustin Teske

Buying is about more than just finding the right home. Selling is about more than just putting your house "on the market". Any agent can show you a home or put one on the market. I am a partner to my clients that uses my experience and background in Title, Mortgages, and Real Estate to help clients avoid pitfalls during the buying or selling process, and I HELP protect against bad decisions. I provide insight, advice, and options that normally may have been overlooked through my 17 years of business experience. I don't "sell" homes. I am a "Trusted Real Estate Adviser" that is a partner with my clients and a friend after closing. My back ground: Owned and operated a franchise with 15 employees. Working 80 hours a week for 2 straight years, doing payroll, scheduling, taxes, bookkeeping, hiring, routing deliveries, ordering management, has prepared me for the multifaceted aspects and extensive hours of being a "Trusted Real Estate Adviser" I was also a Loan Officer for a year, in Pest Control for a year, and in the Title Insurance for 7 years. I currently hold a license in Property and Casualty Insurance in addition to my real estate license. My background gives me useful knowledge into the multiple layers of a normal real estate transaction.

We were in the Douglas Lake area to look at it as a possible place to move. While we were there, we fell in love and decided to look at some houses. It was by luck that Zillow connected us to Dustin as the local real estate agent. He was instrumental in us purchasing a house on Douglas Lake. He was informative, patient, and our feet on the ground as we were out of state while in escrow. Even with the time difference, he seemed to always be available. If you are seriously interested in finding a dream home, a home you'll love for years to come, or your first home to call yours... then let this professional work for you. I started out with a way lower budget, and looked at some rougher-ish places and fixer-uppers, for over a year, and even putting things on pause for a little. The whole time Dustin sought out places for me, places in my budget. Never giving up and me eventually reaching out again to him, which he got in contact with me right away to start the home buying journey. He has worked wonders for me and my wife. We were as of Friday, August 23rd of 2024 able to purchase our first home, our home to come for years and years, our dream home.
