At this time I was moving from Gainesville, FL to CO for a job and discovering that the housing market in CO was ridiculously expensive in comparison with FL. I searched for realtors online and came across Dustins. I gave him a cold call to tell him what I was looking for and get his thoughts. On our first call we had a 45min+ conversation where he gave me his professional and personal thoughts on the front-range area including Louisville, Lafayette, Boulder, and Eerie. My fiancA(C) and I were looking at homes in Eerie initially to be in our price range. However, all were extremely large for two people. Furthermore, after telling Dustin I wanted this home to be a good investment as well as a place to live, he educated me about the building plans in Eerie, Boulder, and Lousville as well as the real estate laws and growth in each area and changed my opinion. We ended up looking at anywhere from 3,000+ ft2 houses in Eerie to small apartments in Boulder and Dustin was giving skype tours and supporting us every step of the way. He eventually helped us close on a great deal on our dream home (accepted offer $14K under asking despite seller resistance). He supported us in all aspects of choosing and never pressured us. I have had three realtors down and Dustin is hands down the best Ive had. In summary: five stars in 1) knowledgeable of area 2) Understanding and not pushy while giving appropriate advice and 3) negotiation acumen. As a bonus, he is very pleasant as a person too.

While we were hesitant to start the search as newlyweds and first time home buyers, Dustin listened to us every step of the way and had our best interests at heart the entire time. He worked non-stop to get us in Louisville, knowing it was the best investment we could make in the long run and where we truly wanted to be -- despite the high price. I don't think there was a day that went by during the months of our search that he didn't take the time to answer a phone call, text or email from us -- and he never acted annoyed by it. After our offer was accepted on our now home, he still put in considerable time and energy. He helped us meet up with contractors, electricians and painters to get their two cents on whether or not we should buy the house, and how much it would cost to get the extra work done that we wanted. He loaned my husband tools and equipment for our bathroom remodel. This sounds super cheesy (I want to gag a bit as I write it, but it's true), but he's not just your realtor, he's your friend. Now that we're in our house and he's technically done with his job, he still stays in touch. I truly feel like I can ask him anything home related or other. I personally had never bought a home, so this was a totally new experience for me. Cameo and Dustin were more then accommodating with my every question and concern (and there were A LOT) haha. Bonus: he also got us a great deal.Dustin's assistant Cameo was also extremely helpful in guiding us through the closing process. She is very organized, will help you keep all your due dates in order, and field any questions you may have along the way.It's worth mentioning that Dustin has been doing this for years and has a long list of contractors that he can recommend for you. Everyone that he put us in touch with was really top notch.I'm trying to keep this brief, but really, I can't say enough good things about our experience working with Dustin.

Rather than Dustin advising us of our unrealistic goal due to our very limited budget and poor credit score, he supported our dream and went to work right away. About 2 months of working with Dustin he found the perfect home for us in old town Louisville with an oversized lot, and advised us on how to secure the deal. After we signed a contract with the sellers using Dustins strategy, they informed us that there were 11 back up offers and 2 of them were cash offering quite a bit more than what we did! We successfully closed on that house! Due to our success with that home we recently closed on our 2nd house in Louisville as an investment property. Again we asked Dustin for another moon shot opportunity and he came through for us on what looks to be a great investment property in the location we desire. I have learned to rely heavily on Dustins expertise and advice throughout the process. Thank you Dustin and Cameo for keeping so laser focused on achieving our goals!

ZillowVERIFIED Dustin just helped me buy my first house, and I highly recommend him. He didn't try to sell me any houses, rather he helped me find the best house for me. Once I was ready to make an offer (after 6 months of looking), he did a great job getting the house and negotiating the details. After that, Dustin & his assistant, Cameo, made everything go smoothly up to closing - all the details that are new and intimidating to a first time buyer.
