For one, I was lucky in finding the most exceptional, ethical, honest, and experienced realtors in New Mexico. Richard Reeder and Dustin Messex Provide you with the information and security one needs to make such a large investment. Richard took charge from the very start. After our initial meeting, he let me set up the pricing parameters of the property and immediately developed a list of properties for me to view. He included my price range, location, and home requirements. Richard did his detailed homework on each home that I decided to look at including responses to questions I had brought up during our initial interview. I was always treated with respect in the slightest comment or question I posed. Richard behaved as a true professional. He was honest, ethical and very supportive of my needs. I was able to find a home that was close to my price range and met my requirements. You would think that the realtor and buyer relationship would be over when the home was bought. This, was not so. Richard and Dustin found contractors who could help me with the repairs I wanted done and even helped negotiate the price! WOW The icing on the cake was that they even came over to help me with small details for my home. Richard and Dustin are the most caring young business men I have ever met. They have not abandoned this 72-year-old woman to her own devices. Thank God. Richard has been there for me every time I have needed help or had a question. I feel safe with his recommendations and advice. The closing happened fast and I was able to move into my new house within a months time. One other person I have to mention is the mortgage company representative, Tommy Martinez who was and is absolutely wonderful. He was also extremely knowledgeable, ethical not to mention caring. He did everything he could to get me the best rates and pushed for a speedy closing. It is Richards familiarity with the realty business that helped me have a smooth and stress-free purchase/closing of my home. For me to work with an agent they must embody the following characteristics: down-to-earth, pleasant and flexible personality, honesty, integrity, good communication skills, with comprehension and commitment to helping me achieve my home goals. In that regard, I can state without reservation that Dustin Messex and Richard Reeder exceeded my expectations in every way. I moved to Albuquerque from another state which required a great deal more effort on my part and the part of my agent. As a realtor with a good deal of knowledge about the building industry, Dustin went way beyond the call of duty. He made himself available 24/7, located and assisted with contractors, and made pickups and deliveries on my behalf. My second night in the house there was a hot water problem and the plumber was not available. Even though it was after closing, Dustin dropped whatever he was doing and came immediately over and got the problem fixed! Richard was also very helpful in assisting me with showing me houses via facetime when I could not be in the state and also in dealing with contractors, pickups and deliveries.
